Much-loved city restaurant is reopening with special gift for those who helped it survive lockdown

A much-loved city centre restaurant has confirmed it will finally be reopening its doors tomorrow for the first time since March.

Whilst Liverpool is spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat, Hanover Street Social has long been a favourite for many in the city centre.

The restaurant, along with thousands of others across the country, closed back in March when the Government ordered a full lockdown.

However, its team has taken to its Twitter feed to announce it will be reopening its doors tomorrow (Tuesday, August 11). It also confirmed, as a way of saying thank you to those who supported the restaurant whilst it was closed by buying a gift voucher, its team will be offering these customers a cocktail.

Hanover Street Social also confirmed it will be taking part in the Government's Eat Out to Help Out Scheme, offering customers 50% off their food bills Monday-Wednesday throughout August.
