MTV Cribs set to return to TV 10 years after ending

Iconic show MTV Cribs is coming back – but this time around it’s a more low-rent version.

Previously, it took us into the mostly palatial homes of the rich and famous.

But after a break of 10 years, the much-loved show is back with a line-up that’s perhaps not quite as starry.

Viewers will get to see where reality star Joey Essex lives, as well as going through the keyhole of Charlotte Dawson, daughter of the late comic Les.

Former TOWIE star Megan McKenna will appear on the reboot of the show (PA)

In the new show, Joey invites viewers to join the party in his back garden beach club and Charlotte reveals a bar in the living room of the home she shares with her mum, Trace.

Gold medal winner and Team GB hockey player Sam Quek has a Rio Olympic torch on display in her home and Chris Eubank Jnr continues his father’s legacy with a collection of title belts and cars.

Other stars featured include dancers Ashley and Jordan Banjo, who are set to crash Diversity’s Perri Kiely’s bachelor pad.

Cameras also go inside the homes of mums and daughters Lydia and Debbie Bright and Daisy and Pearl Lowe.

But MTV does up the ante with a peek into the two houses of boxing legend Amir Khan and his wife, Faryl.

We get to see a room dedicated to Amir’s boxing career, along with the Rolls- Royce Amir uses to drive from one house to the other.

TOWIE’s Yazmin Oukhellou shows off her family home in Morocco and Gemma Collins her less glam home town of Brentwood. Former Ex on the Beach and TOWIE star Megan McKenna also features.

Former Love Island stars also open up their homes, including newlyweds Alex and Olivia Bowen, and Eyal Booker and Georgia Steel.

Also included are DJ Jodie Harsh, former Strictly dancers James and Ola Jordan, Hollyoaks actor Keiron Richardson and football WAG and Real Housewives star Tanya Bardsley.
