At the conclusion of each NCAA Men’s Basketball season, the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) names its All-District Teams, honoring the top Division I players in each district around the country. District 7 is comprised entirely by the Big Ten Conference. This year, the Big Ten coaches voted Cassius Winston to the First-Team All-District 7 team for his outstanding season.
