MSU Bracketology: Where Spartans are being projected to land in NCAA Tournament

It’s officially time to turn our focus to the NCAA Tournament.

Michigan State fans would rather be preparing to watch a Big Ten Tournament semifinals matchup against Purdue on Saturday, but a lackluster performance that resulted in a loss to Ohio State on Friday spoiled that. So now, the Spartans will be waiting for their draw in the NCAA Tournament instead.

Our Thoughts

Our Thoughts: It seems apparent that Michigan State is a lock for no better than a No. 7 seed and probably no worse than a No. 8 seed at this point, with almost all of the bracketologists having the Spartans on the seven line. If Michigan State does end up as a No. 7 seed, the loss to Ohio State on Friday really did no damage to their tournament stock as they entered the Big Ten Tournament considered a No. 7 seed as well.
