MSU basketball loses at Champions Classic to Kentucky 69-62: Twitter Reactions

Michigan State basketball lost a close game to Kentucky at the Champion’s Classic, 69-62. The game did not tip off until 10 P.M. Eastern time, raising the ire of many east coast fans. Furthermore, the referees shined more than any player on the court. They dished out foul after foul after foul after foul.

Marcus Bingham's length is one of the few options Michigan State has to match Kentucky's relatively ridiculous team-wide length. A couple of blunders from him, but he might be doing enough here to stir some confidence.

This game went exactly as I expected. Kentucky’s two returning sophomore guards Immanuel Quickley and Ashton Hagans looked amazing. Likewise, freshman guard Tyrese Max went off. Michigan State’s offense had no rhythm or fluidity and Kentucky trapped Cassius Winston all throughout the game.
