Sugden, better known as Mrs Slocombe on Are You Being Served?, provided comic ammunition for hordes of "pussy" jokes after an ongoing joke in the TV show. Cue a tidal wave revival of pussy innuendo on Twitter since her death. At one point "Mrs SlocombesPussy" overtook Michael Jackson and Iran elections as the most used Twitter phrase, reports the Sun. However, foreign Twitterers thought the barrage might be a virus ransacking the service.
