We wash our hair regularly every week, but how often do we clean our combs and brushes?
Mrs Hinch proved just how grubby they can get in a short space of time - and it is bound to shock you.
It turns out we should be disinfecting them at least once a month to stop nasty dirt and grime building up.
Luckily the cleaning guru, 30, has come to the rescue with yet another of her incredible hacks, The Mirror reports.
The mother-of-one shared her step by step method with her 3.3million Instagram followers and showed just how much filth lurks on them.
The Essex-based cleaning whizz, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, started by removing all the hair and then went over the brush with a comb to ensure it's all out.
The next step is to run some hot (but not boiling) water in the sink and then put your brushes into soak.
Mrs Hinch then added one tablespoon of washing up liquid and one tablespoon of white vinegar to the water.
She said the vinegar helps to remove bacteria and germs.
Allow the brushes to sit in the water mixture for at least an hour.
During this time, you might notice the water changing colour as dirt comes off the brush.
Mrs Hinch added that the build up of products from your brushes may also float to the top of the water.
We never knew hair brushes could get so gross.
