Mrs Hinch shares the five areas in our homes we forget to clean most often

Whether your home is regularly "Hinched" or you're still struggling to get on top of the housework cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch always has a few tips and tricks up her sleeve.

Always happy to share with her legions of fans on Instagram the Essex social media star (turned author) Mrs Hinch has posted her top tips for areas of the house we forget to clean most often.

Real name Sophie Hinchliffe, the mum-of-one explained she had come up with time in her cleaning schedule for "spot-checks", reports OK Magazine .

These included cleaning the grooves in the radiators, door handles, light switches, kitchen cupboard doors and her doormat.

She wrote: "Believe it or not light switches are one of the biggest germ collectors."

She filmed herself spraying a cloth and giving the switches in her rooms a wipe down to get rid of any germs.

Reposting information from the Zoflora site, Mrs Hinch showed how cupboard door handles can get a build-up of germs from food when opening and closing them during cooking in the kitchen.

Luckily for Mrs Hinch her doors don't have handles so they're less difficult for her to tackle, but she made sure to give the wooden doors a spray with her cleaning concoction.

Door handles were next on the cleaning influencers list, another area that can build up germs from everyone in the household.

"Just quick little jobs makes a big difference," she added as she posted another clip of her with a cloth wiping the handles.

And as an extra burst of fragrance, Mrs Hinch sprayed her doormat with the fragrant disinfectant, explaining that as people come through the door when wiping their feet they'll be hit with the nice smell.
