Mrs Hinch shares rare teenage throwback snap she 'might regret later'

Instagram star Mrs Hinch shared a rare throwback photo of herself on her Instagram stories this evening.

Speaking to her 3.4 million followers, the cleaning guru said she was sorting through her old photo albums with her baby boy, Ronnie.

Mrs Hinch, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, shot to fame on social media platform Instagram by sharing her top cleaning tips and hacks.

While sorting through her albums, she showed a photograph of herself as a teenager.

In the photo, the star looks different from her trademark look of today, with her platinum blonde hair several shades darker and her face seemingly makeup free as she clutches a rabbit to her chest.

She said: "I'll probably regret showing this but this is a picture of me in secondary school.

"Isn't it mad how you recall exactly how you were feeling at a moment in time just by looking at a photo?

"I know exactly what I was going through then or what I was thinking then."

She added it was "crazy" and in a caption on her story, she wrote: "I just want you all to know that everything will be ok in the end".

She also shared photos of herself from primary school on a school trip, and from her secondary school prom where she covered hers and her friends' faces, saying they would "kill her" if she shared it online.

She added to her pals: "Don't worry, I won't tag you."

Mrs Hinch said she was blown away by all the "glow up" messages she had received from her fans and it inspired her to share a montage of photos of herself to her main grid.

Accompanying the series of photos of the cleaning guru, she wrote: "Yes this is me in each photo guys. I’ve been Looking at my photo albums tonight and it got me thinking ... The image may change but truth be told , if anything , I feel less confident now than I did back then.

"Don’t be fooled by these “glow ups” guys. Please don’t focus on anything other than whats inside , because that’s all that really matters.

"Without feeling happy on the inside, no amount of “glowing up” on the outside will help, Trust me on that one. Goodnight everyone, love you all, sleep tight and I’ll catch up with you all in the morning xxxx".
