Mrs Hinch usually looks preened to perfect in all of her social media posts, but the cleanfluencer has posted a photo to share the reality of new motherhood.
The 30-year-old, whose full name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday night to post a photo of herself shortly after giving birth.
She welcomed her second child, a baby boy named Lennie, late last month.
Lennie is her second son with her husband Jamie, with whom she also shares Ronnie, who is almost two-years-old.
In her post, Mrs Hinch was pictured in her hospital bed cuddling newborn baby Lennie.

She captioned the photo: "Reality: I had just finished being stitched up, I had a quick shower down, changed my clothes, got back into bed and Jamie said 'smile' and this is what he got.
"It was not the right time for one of his random photos."
Mrs Hinch added: "Please remember people only share what they want to share on this platform.
"Please never compare yourself, everyone has a reality behind closed doors, and possibly going through things you wouldn’t believe.

"Without our struggles we wouldn't have our success. Be proud of yourself. Goodnight everyone."
Mrs Hinch had also shared a post with her fans telling them how she was getting on, and she wanted to be honest.
Alongside another snap of herself cuddling Lennie, she wrote: "Truth is I am in the newborn baby bubble.
"It is just amazing, and I feel incredibly blessed.
"BUT I am also exhausted to the point of falling asleep even when I'm speaking to someone."

The mum-of-two said she's been struggling with mastitis and nausea during night feeds.
She also admitted that when she finally gets Lennie to sleep, Ronnie then wakes up and she has to comfort him.
"It's challenging and I'm learning but I wouldn't change a single thing," Mrs Hinch added.
Mrs Hinch announced the birth of Lennie last month, saying she, Jamie, Ronnie and their dog Henry wanted to introduce him.

She wrote: "Hello Everyone Jamie, Ronnie, Henry and I have a little someone to introduce to you Born today, 22/05/21 at 12:56am, weighing 7lb 4 ounces, please meet Lennie Alan James Hinchliffe.
"I have absolutely no words to explain how I’m feeling right now guys but what I do know is that our hearts are so full. We are so very grateful and SO in love. Let the Adventures of Ron, Len & Hen begin.
"Thank you so so much for all of your beautiful well wishes and messages checking in on us. Your support and love means the world. Lots of love to every single one of you xxxx Jamie, your boys and I love you millions."
