She's the Queen of clean, the goddess of Instagram... and she's back offering more homely advice.

Mrs Hinch, also known as Sophie Hinchliffe, is followed by over 2m people on Instagram who are all eager to hear her latest cleaning advice.

In her latest post, the social media star has revealed what you need to do to your bedroom in order to keep it fresh all week long.

The cleaning sensation says her latest tips to get extra clean sheets will definitely help you get a bedgasm at the end of the day (yes you heard right - a bedgasm is a thing). Apparently, it's the feeling of complete happiness you get when you lie down in your bed after the end of a long day.

But, what's the best way to achieve one?

Well, according to Mrs Hinch, all you have to do is follow these simple steps.

  • To be satisfied to the full, your bed sheets must be immensely soft.
  • To achieve this, wash all your bedding in Lenor Spring Awakening Fabric Softener.
  • When you dry the sheets add a Lenor Spring Awakening tumble dryer sheet inside each pillow case.
  • When you make your bed plumping the cushions isn't enough - you must karate chop them.

The Welsh Mrs Hinch shares her tips for cleaning your home

According to Mrs Hinch, if you follow these simple steps your bed will be looking and smelling fresh all week long.

The guru has offered various other tips on how to get your bedrooms looking spick and span.

To ensure your mirrors are streak-free she recommends using white vinegar spray and a fluffy microfibre cloth to wipe away the solution. You should do this until all the smears disappear.

If you have wooden floors in the boudoir there are also some easy ways to remove food marks.

According to Mrs Hinch, you can clean up messy areas by spraying degreaser over the affected patch.

Then use an electric toothbrush to remove the spray before wiping the area with a cloth.

As for mattress stains, they can disappear with a just a sprinkling of bicarb.

Rub it in the affected area with latex gloves before vacuuming the excess bicarb an hour later.
