Mrs Hinch returns home from hospital four days after giving birth to baby Lennie

Mrs Hinch has shared her joy at being able to bring her newborn son Lennie home from the hospital.

The social media star - whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe - shared some sweet snaps of her little one as she marked his trip home from the hospital, four days after she welcomed her second child into the world.

She took to her Instagram story to tell fans the happy news, saying her heart has "doubled in size" with the new arrival.

"We are home guys. I can't wait to show to Ron Len and Hen meeting for the first time... My heart has doubled in size. Thank you for so many amazing messages. We love you all!," she wrote.

She posted a quote about embracing these first few hours and days with her baby.
