Mrs Hinch had to run off ITV's This Morning after wardrobe malfunction

Mrs Hinch has revealed why she has to make a sharp exit from the This Morning studios the last time she was on the show.

The 29-year-old cleaning queen appeared on the ITV show today to promote her new book, but there was one thing Phillip Schofield had to explain.

Phil asked Mrs Hinch, Sophie Hinchliffe , about why she had to run off set in September while they were still live.

She said: "I nearly lost my bra on live telly."

Mrs Hinch explained that the microphone was weighing her bra down, causing it to fall.

Concerned she was about to expose herself on ITV, she made a quick dash behind the scenes to fix it.

Laughing, Holly and Phil assured her things like that happen all the time and they can laugh about it now because she is one of the This Morning family.

Mrs Hinch said: "I cant believe I am here. Yeah, it has been overwhelming, but in a really good way, my Hinchers are so friendly.

"They message me and say 'thank you so much', but I am like guys, it is the other way around, thank you."

She also spoke about how cleaning has helped with her anxiety, something she has raised before.

She said: "There is no worse feeling than you get that heat in your chest and that panic you don't know why. I just get my mop out and crack on and you are still achieving something."

And there was also talk of how she loves her bargains: "With social media nowadays everything has to be expensive, but I love a bargain and I love helping people finding a bargain. And it is achiveable.

"I don't even clean every day, Hinch half hours and freshen up Fridays, some days I don't lift a cloth."
