Mums say Mrs Hinch's special edition Lenor fabric softener is "bland" and some have had to "re-wash" clothing.
Disappointed fans of the cleaning Instagram star say they rushed out to buy her latest product - only to be left wondering why they couldn't smell anything.
One fan said the Rose Wonderland softener is so banal she was left feeling like she "needed tested for Covid " because she couldn't smell anything.
Another fan said the softener "smells like water".
Mrs Hinch has spent months teasing fans about the new release and has even provided some lucky fans with signed bottles of Lenor.
But not all fans are happy with the finished product.
Posting on the B&M Facebook page mums let their feelings known about the £2.99 fabric softener
One said: "Agree it actually smelt like snow...which is obviously just water lol."
"Bought this it's really not nice bland smell."
"Yeh defo wouldn't buy again, had to rewash my clothes."
"Bought this but I found unstoppables was much nicer."
"This wasn’t all it was made out to be Not nice at all got a sweet sickly smell."
"Smells nice, but doesn’t stick to clothes once dry."
"Got the tablets to smells nice til you wash then the smell goes."
"Not that special. I bought it.. the smell doesn't stick once dry."
"I seriously thought I needed testing for Covid after washing my clothes with this... Couldn’t smell it at all, clothes smelt neutral like not washed. Won’t be repurchasing."
But some fans had other issues with the popular Instagram mum.
One said: "Mrs Hinch uses too much plastic, she should promote environmentally friendly cleaning products!!!"
However die-hard fans came through for the star and said the Lenor was everything they hoped for.
One said: "Already got it. Smells amazing."
Another said: I've got it, my washing smells lovely."
