Fans of cleaning guru Mrs Hinch have taken to a joint forum to share their top tips for unclogging the sink - and the suggested method makes a lot of sense.
Sophie Hinchcliffe is a social media influencer known for sharing cleaning tips and her Instagram handle, Mrs Hinch, has become synonymous with good housekeeping.
Her fans set up a forum in her name where they share their cleaning tips, and recently one member asked how to unclog the sink as hers kept blocking up.
Several fans suggested using hair remover - pouring it straight down the drain - which if you think about it, makes a lot of sense.

What do you think about the cleaning hack? Let us know in the comments...
The user with the problem initially shared a picture of Mr Muscle drain gel, and said: "Can anyone help please? I’ve used this to unblock my sink and bath drains. It is now worse and when having a shower we have a bathtub full by the end."
Soon, the interesting solution was commented as one user said: "A cheap tube of hair remover sorts mine out, I get two from Poundland, one down the bath and other the sink.
"Leave overnight then hot water. Lads shaving, my own longish hair, it soon builds up."
Another user said: "As I have lots of hair that gets trapped in my drain I use hair removal cream to properly unblock them.
"Honestly it dissolves the hair in seconds."

Meanwhile, few things can make your home feel more welcoming than a spring clean, and no freshen up is complete with tackling the bathroom.
Yet even with a freshly mopped floor and scrubbed shower tiles, the bathroom can still feel a bit grotty unless you tackle the limescale in the toilet bowl, as The Express reports.
Now, fans of cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch have been sharing their top tips on social media and one recent Facebook post shared a hack they 'swear by' for bringing your toilet back up to scratch.
They said all you need is a two pence piece, and to scrub at the limescale with the copper coin until it all comes free from the porcelain - simple.
