It is one of the worst household chores there is.
And it often seems that no amount of elbow grease can ever truly restore your grease-stained oven backs to its former glory.
However, one mum has shared a brilliant hack to get your over sparkling again in minutes with minimal effort - and it only costs £1.
The mum-of-five took to the Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips Facebook group, which boasts nearly 40,000 members, to reveal she only used The Pink Stuff Cleaning Paste and a sponge to transform the oven, as reported by The Mirror .
Sharing incredible before and after photos, she wrote: "I am totally ashamed of how bad my cooker got... I have five kids! Three babies under the age of three.
"Work full-time, by the time I get home, cook tea, do packed lunches - I never wiped my oven door over."
The mum applied the paste onto the inside and outside of her oven doors using a sponge before leaving it a few minutes to work its magic.
She then wiped down the doors and was amazed by the difference, as the brown stained glass was replaced by crystal clear windows to the inside.
Other members of the popular group started by fans of Mrs Hinch , a cleaning guru who boasts more than three million followers on Instagram , also loved the results.
One replied: "Pink Stuff is incredible - especially for the price."
Another said: "Wow you're a supermum - the oven looks amazing!"
