Mrs Hinch didn't realise was pregnant with her second baby until her mum watched her Instagram story and spotted a clue.
The famous cleanfluencer, real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, and her husband Jamie revealed at the start of the year that they are expecting another baby in a cute Instagram snap.
But the 31-year old admits if it wasn't for her mum urging her to take a test, she wouldn't have known.
She explained her mum told her to take a test after spotting the signs on Instagram.
The star told The Sun's Fabulous magazine: "It's all been quite a shock because it happened sooner than we expected it to and so I was already a couple of months’ gone by the time we found out...
"It was my mum who noticed. She was watching my Insta Stories and said: 'Soph, go and do a pregnancy test... there’s something there'."
Mrs Hinch and Jamie welcomed their first child, a son named Ronnie, in 2019.
The couple confirmed baby Hinchliffe number 2 was on the way back in January in a sweet New Year's message.
She wrote: "It is often in the darkest skies that we see the brightest stars.
"Baby Hinch Number 2, We can’t wait to finally meet you.
"Happy New Year everyone... from our little family to yours...
"We hope your 2021 is filled with hope, health and happiness. We love you all."
The influencer has not shared her due date, but recently told fans the baby will arrive soon.
She said: "I worry giving the exact due date guys but I have less time to go than I have been pregnant now.
"So I'm further along than some may think."
