Mrs Hinch was close to tears as opened up about the vile trolling her baby son had received, which ended up having her involve the police.
The cleaning influencer appeared on This Morning today to speak about her new, deeply personal book This Is Me.
Speaking to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, she said that once she started writing the book she "couldn't stop" as so much had happened over the last three years.
"It's been amazing, it's been incredible. I'm lucky to be on this journey," she said. "I try to keep up but sometimes I can't."
However, she admitted that there was a dark side to her fame, which involved trolls being malicious towards her baby son Ronnie
"I don't really talk about it or address it [on my platform] because I've always had it as a very lighthearted place," she said. "But it's got to a point where I need to shine a light on that people are going through this."
While she said that her experience was largely positive, she said that there is a side to it which is "so dark".
"I thought this was the time to say it," she tearfully told Holly and Phil.
Confirming that she had got the police involved in the trolling, she said: "I've got a fantastic team around me that have helped me feel safe at home again.
"I really do try and keep myself focused because my followers are amazing."
She went onto gush about her son, saying: "He's my whole heart, he's my everything.
"He's unbelievable [but he's] he's very naughty!"
