Mrs Hinch bravely bares bruises after stranger's comment about her body

Cleaning guru Mrs Hinch shared a powerful photo and words after a stranger praised her "perfect body".

The cleaning sensation was taking questions via her famous Instagram account when one fan commented on her figure.

They asked: "How is your body so perfect but Ronnie is only one? I love you and your stories xx."

In an honest reply about her own body, Mrs Hinch said: "Hello beautiful. I love you too.

"I promise you my body is far from perfect. I'm constantly covered in large bruises because of my blood condition.

"I have stretch marks all over my inner thighs and the tops of my legs.

"Not one area of my body is 'toned' BUT for the first time in 30 years YOU guys have helped me to embrace it.

"So I will be forever grateful and I love you all."

Mrs Hinch, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, has become an unstoppable force after launching her cleaning empire.

She and husband Jamie met while working together in sales at a central London job-search company.

But Sophie left to pursue her dream of becoming a hairdresser, with Jamie's encouragement.

She then went on to become a huge social media star thanks to her home maintenance, decorating and cleaning tips.

Today, she has her own empire with a whopping 3.6 million Instagram followers, best-selling books and numerous TV appearances on her CV.

Their lives certainly could have been very different.

Mrs Hinch first burst onto the Instagram scene in March 2018, when she shared a tip for increasing surface space in the kitchen with a cute end table she'd picked up at Ikea.

She continued sharing tips and pictures of the way she'd decorated her own home to her humble following, which rapidly grew and grew.

After her following surged, she was invited on ITV's This Morning in September 2018, to be interviewed by  Holly Willoughby  and Phillip Schofield.

Posing up with the presenting pair, Sophie wrote: "An amazing experience, thank you for having me on the show @itv @hollywilloughby @schofe!"
