
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, received the top score in LEED Gold certification in 2021 for residential developments in Thailand.
Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) received 2021 “LEED Gold” (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a globally-recognised green building certification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), for “The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok” with the highest residential score in Thailand in 2021 and LEED “Gold” Certification.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is a super-luxury residential project with global standard in Thailand and Southeast Asia whose outstanding architecture and design ensure both quality of life and sustainability.
