MP disappears from Piers Morgan interview after heated spat over Boris Johnson

Piers Morgan was left shocked after a MP disappeared from an interview with on Good Morning Britain.

Tobias Ellwood appeared on the show live from his home and talk swiftly turned to Prime Minister Boris Johnson after the backlash he's received after his address to the nation on Sunday and then the daily briefing he fronted 24 hours later.

Piers asked Tobias what he thought about the "confusing" comments the PM made on Monday night after receiving a host of questions from both members of the public and the media.

After Piers also suggested that Boris didn't look "well" after his own battle with coronavirus, to which Tobias, who was also pushed on why Health Secretary Matt Hancock isn't appearing on Good Morning Britain during a national emergency. hit back saying that the PM looked "on form" and people needed to appreciate the "hard work" he is putting in.

Piers then played a clip of Boris answering some questions in Monday's daily briefing and this prompted a heated argument with Tobias, who admitted he hadn't seen all of the footage, and Piers shouting over the top of each other, before Tobias completely disappeared off screen.
