Mouth of the Tyne Festival - when are the last Metros back from Tynemouth?

Tynemouth Priory hosts the first of four sell-out gigs tonight.

Sam Fender opens this year's Mouth of the Tyne outdoor concerts with a homecoming show that broke ticket-selling records.

Sam, from North Shields, is due on stage at 8.30, after support from Little Comets and Rachel Chinouriri.

Many will be taking Metros to Tynemouth to and from the gigs. It is a ten minute walk from the station to the venue, via Front Street. There are plenty of places to stop off on the way for food .
