Moussa Sissoko's living room is filled with memories of Newcastle United - and fans love it

Eagledeyed Newcastle United fans were given some welcome relief amid the takeover drama as they got the chance to look around Moussa Sissoko's living room - where the Frenchman has several tokens from his Magpie career.

Sissoko who moved from Tyneside to Tottenham in the summer of 2016, was facing current Toon player Christian Atsu in a live game of FIFA 20 but it was the items in his front room that caught the attention of fans.

The black and white sofa and the picture on the windowsill of him in a United strip got the fans talking but it was the giant canvas print of the Quayside and Tyne Bridge which pleased fans the most.

The game finished 2-1 to Atsu thanks to a late winner from Jonjo Shelvey, and the Ghanian now faces Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold in the next round.

More than 3,000 fans watched the game which was the lowest scoring clash of the round.

Atsu admitted that he might have to change his formation to beat Alexander-Arnold after a quick formation swap - moving two up top - helped him defeat Sissoko.
