Moussa Dembele's Rangers dig has Celtic fans falling in love all over again

Moussa Dembéle brought plenty of joy to Celtic fans during his time at the club, and he's continuing to do so long after leaving Glasgow.

With today's Premiership match against Rangers postponed, he official Celtic account has asked followers to share their favourite derby memories.

Dembéle, who made 94 appearances and scored 51 goals in his time at Celtic Park, delighted fans by reflecting on a few of his personal highlights.

The Frenchman tweeted: "That’s a tough one...What about when we smashed them for the title at home?

"The double nutmeg back-heel? The Lustig celebration?

"Jozo tackle? Or when we kept the ball by the corner flag with @patrick7roberts?too many memories! So... I’ll pick them all #DerbyDayIsCelticDay."

The tweet prompted an outpouring of love from fans, with @AidanRitchie27 pleading "Gonna come back home please" and @maradoddsy echoing the sentiments of many other supporters in the replies by tweeting "OMG I love you so much".

Dembéle left the club for Lyon in acrimonious circumstances following a dispute with then-manager Brendan Rodgers.

Only one of those men remains popular with Celtic fans 19 months on, and with today's tweet Dembéle has further cemented that bond.
