The striker is believed to be a target for the likes of Manchester United , Tottenham and Chelsea, and the Red Devils were among the clubs who sent scouts to today's match.
Also in attendance were Juventus , who have been linked with Dembele and team-mate Houssem Aouar, though the Italian giants may simply have been watching Lyon ahead of their Champions League meeting next month.
The visitors fell behind to Jimmy Briand's early strike but Maxwell Cornet got them back on level terms five minutes into the second half, his deflected strike beating the goalkeeper after he'd received a pass from Dembele.
The roles were reversed three minutes later when Cornet played in Dembele, who made no mistake with a powerful finish into the far corner.
Former club Celtic stand to make a tidy sell-on fee when the striker is eventually sold, as they'll be entitled to around 10 per cent of the total transfer fee.
