Motorists warned to take care as police attend to pedestrian on A666

Police in Bolton are responding to reports of a pedestrian in the road on the A666.

North West Motorway Police and Highways officers are heading to the scene after reports of a pedestrian walking along the road.

Officers said road signals have been set to advise motorists, and urged drivers to "please take care".
