A 63-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal road crash that left a 53-year-old woman dead.
The body of April Mitchell was found on the A872 at Avonside Drive, Dunipace, at around 12.30am on Thursday, December 15 last year.
Mrs Mitchell, a pedestrian from the area, was believed to have been struck by a vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police today confirmed a man has been arrested and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
