Motorcyclist rushed to hospital with leg injury after crash in Glasgow's east end

A motorcyclist was rushed to hospital after a collision with a vehicle in the Riddrie area of Glasgow.

The incident occurred around 5pm yesterday evening on Dinart Street, with the motorcyclist requiring treatment for a leg injury suffered in the collision.

Both vehicles were recovered by around 7.40pm.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "This was a two vehicle road crash on Dinart Street reported shortly before 5.25pm on Tuesday, 2 June and involved a car and a motorcycle.

"The motorcyclist was taken to hospital for treatment for a leg injury. Both vehicles were recovered by around 7.40pm."
