A female motorcyclist who was involved in a collision in Weston-super-Mare remains in a 'serious' condition in hospital.
The crash happened on Broadway just before 10am yesterday (December 9) when a car and a motorcycle collided.
The driver of the car died as a result of his injuries and the motorcyclist was taken to hospital.

Crash investigators attended the scene and the road was closed all day.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or have dashcam footage to contact them.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said yesterday: “We’re appealing for witnesses to a fatal collision in Weston-super-Mare this morning (Wednesday, December 9).
“The collision, between a car and a motorcycle, happened shortly before 10am on Broadway, Weston-super-Mare.
“The male driver of the car has sadly died as a result of his injuries and the female motorcyclist is in a serious condition in hospital.
"Their families have been informed and are being supported by trained officers."
