A motorcyclist has died in a two-vehicle crash near Bristol. The collision took place in Westerleigh at around 4.55pm yesterday afternoon (Sunday August 28).
Emergency services were called to Sodbury Lane following reports of a collision involving a car and a motorcycle. Sadly, the motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was reported dead at the scene.
Their family have been informed and are receiving support from specially-trained officers from Avon and Somerset Police. The driver of the car attended hospital but has since been discharged.
