A motorcyclist died after a crash with a car on the A483 in Powys , police have confirmed.
The 52-year-old man, from the Gloucestershire area, died at the scene following the two-vehicle crash between Crossgates and Llanbister on Sunday.
The motorbike rider was travelling southbound on a green Kawasaki motorcycle towards Crossgates when he was involved in a crash with a silver Ford S-Max at around 11.45am.
A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision on the A483 between Crossgates and Llanbister on Sunday, August 25.
"The collision involved two vehicles – a green Kawasaki motorcycle travelling southbound towards Crossgates and a silver Ford S-Max which was travelling northbound – at around 11.45am.
"Sadly the rider of the motorcycle, a 52-year-old man from the Gloucestershire area, sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.
"Please contact the serious collision investigation unit on 101 quoting reference 197 of August 25 if you were travelling along this road at the time of the collision and have dashcam footage or if you witnessed the collision or the vehicles involved."
