Ms Poole died at the scene of the collision  and her family have previously issued a statement via  South Wales Police .

It said: “Jackie was a wonderful mother to Conor, partner to Martin, and special daughter to Pamela.

"Jackie will be greatly missed not only by her family but the many friends that she easily made due to her friendly, warm, and compassionate nature. She will be missed by so many people.

"She made a big impact during her working years in the care profession, looking after elderly people and more recently in retail, where she enjoyed meeting new and regular customers on a daily basis.”
