A main road closed following a collision with a motorbike.
Parish of Warsop Poolice: Warsop and the surrounding areas Facebook page posted about the road closure this evening.
The A616 Budby Road, Cuckney, is closed between Budby Island and its entrance to Cuckney village after officers were called to reports a motorbike had crashed just before 4pm today (Friday November 19 2021).
The extent of any injuries is yet to be confirmed.
PC Jason Fellows, from Nottinghamshire Police, said: “The road is due to be closed for some time whilst emergency services are in attendance, and we ask that people avoid the area and plan alternative routes in the immediate.
“We thank motorists for their patience whilst officers work to resolve the incident and clear the road."
