Hearts have entered the race to snap up Rangers winger Jake Hastie on a loan deal it has been reported.
The 21-year-old is attracting interest from Lanarkshire with a return to Motherwell on the cards, however it has been claimed Robbie Neilson is also keen on the attacker.
The lure of European football and a return to his former club under Stephen Robinson could be a key factor for Hastie.
Since his exit from Fir Park last summer, Hastie has been shipped out on loan to English League One side Rotherham and has only made one appearance since his return - turning out for the Rangers' Colts in the Challenge Cup.
