Motherwell Theatre will welcome acclaimed Scottish actor David Hayman for Time’s Plague .
David Hayman will return to the town on Friday, October 14, for one night only telling the story of everyman Bob Cunninghame and his musings of the world around him.
Time’s Plague is the story of Bob Cunninghame, who puts the world to rights from his hospital bed.
Join Bob on a long dark stormy night, in a single room, on an understaffed ward.
He’s broken – as is the world around him and tomorrow morning?
It sounds like a painful and risky procedure, but Bob is convinced he won’t survive it.
This doesn’t stop Bob from ranting about injustice and the state of the world. Laughing at everything, including himself.
No way Bob’s going gently into that good night, he’ll burn and rave at close of day, raging against the dying of the light.
