Motherwell and St Johnstone fought out a battling draw in Perthshire that leaves both sides looking to break into the top six of the Scottish Premiership.
Mark O'Hara's opener was cancelled out by Stevie May's penalty - all inside the first half - and it has allowed Kilmarnock to move two points clear of the sides, who are locked on 15 points with 'Well having played a game less.

Covid blow hugely frustrating for Robinson
The news that Allan Campbell, who scored the winner when the sides met at Fir Park in September, and Barry Maguire will be ruled out until the visit of high-flying Hibernian on December 5 will be a real frustration for Stephen Robinson.
The pair were part of Scotland's under-21 squad who had three players test positive for Covid-19 following their return from Greece earlier in the week. Both players tested negative, but must still self-isolate as per Covid protocols.
Campbell, in particular, has been vital to his plans this season and his ability to get on the ball and dictate play and was sorely missing in Perth.
The Fir Park side have released a statement saying they will seek "urgent answers" from the SFA on a number of issues, but it won't help them for next week's visit of St Johnstone in the Betfred Cup, with a place in the quarter-finals at stake.
Slow progress
Motherwell are just over a third of the way into the campaign and, sitting seventh in the table, it hasn't been what they'd hoped for so far.
With only four wins to their name in the first 13 games, they will be keen to find some consistency with their last five reading DLWWL.

Granted, their two defeats have been at home to both Rangers and Celtic and there have been Covid issues to contend with, but if they have aspirations of hitting the kind of heights they reached last season with a third place finish, they will need to be picking up the wins, especially against sides around them.
They are slowly climbing the table but three of their next four leagues games are at home, with Hibs, St Mirren and Aberdeen all visiting Fir Park in between a trip to Ibrox to face league leaders Rangers, so it's a chance to put that advantage to good use at set their sights on the top four.
Expect fine margins in cup tie
There was very little between the two sides at McDiarmid Park and a draw was a fair result.
It's been difficult to separate the sides this season with Motherwell claiming that narrow win earlier in the season and now a stalemate in their second meeting.
So it's likely to be another tight and edgy affair when the sides do it all over again next Saturday.
