Keith Lasley has urged Motherwell stars Stephen O'Donnell and Declan Gallagher to grasp a once in lifetime opportunity at the Euros with Scotland this summer and become national heroes.
The Fir Park coach is bursting with pride after the Steelmen stars got the nod for Steve Clarke's 26-man squad on Wednesday, alongside Celtic midfielder and Motherwell academy product David Turnbull.
But Lasley - appearing on Lanarkshire Live Sport's Euro 2020 preview show, which you can watch above - says their success doesn't have to peak in helping Scotland reach the first major tournament in 23 years.
Now he wants them to create more memories and sees no reason why they can't go on and become national treasures, just like goalkeeper David Marshall after his penalty heroics in the play-off final with Serbia.

Ahead of the games with Czech Republic, England and Croatia next month, Lasley said: "It's a fantastic achievement [for them to get in the squad].
"Getting to tournaments hasn't happened too often in recent times - and having Motherwell players involved doesn't happen very often.
"To do it as a country first and foremost, and have Motherwell representation there, is great for everybody connected to the club and the players themselves - and David Turnbull as well, who is an academy product of Motherwell.
"How many coaches played a part in that journey all the way through...to see David get that recognition is fantastic as well.
"I'm really looking forward to seeing them all in action.

"I messaged them after - and David as well - and it's a big moment in their careers and their lives.
"Hopefully Scotland will go on to qualify a bit more regularly than we have done.
"But this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity to play at that sort of level against the opposition that they will face.
"Particularly with some of the games being here as well, it's going to be a special tournament in that regard.
"It's great for the lads and their families.
"It's one they'll want to make the most of as well.
"It's one thing getting called up, but the challenge now is to get in that first 11.
"I'm sure the lasting memories will come from contributing on the pitch, like we saw with those scenes after the penalty shootout with David Marshall.
"So who is going to be the next hero?
"There's no reason why the guys from Motherwell - or David for that matter - can't become a national hero."
Stephen O'Donnell has 18 caps to his name already going into the tournament, while Gallagher has really risen to prominence in the last year or so, earning seven caps.
Gallagher, who will be heading to Aberdeen after the tournament having agreed a pre-contract with the Dons, and O'Donnell have become accustomed to Scotland squads now and Lasley believes their place in the squad has been hard-earned.

He added: "They have both been involved in the squad for a long time now and it would have been a surprise to me if they weren't in it, but you are still not sure until the hear that name read out or you get that final notification.
"They've obviously been a big part of that qualifying campaign.
"They played an influential role in many of those games along the way as well. so I think they deserve it and it's something I know they will cherish."
