Motherwell will kick-off the new season at home to Hibernian live on Sky Sports after the SPFL fixtures for the 2021/22 season were unveiled this morning.
Graham Alexander's side will welcome Jack Ross' Scottish Cup finalists on Sunday, August 1 with a 4.30pm kick-off.

The rest of the Lanarkshire sides in the SPFL kick-off a day earlier.
Hamilton Accies were relegated from the top flight last season and life in the Championship will begin for them away to Raith Rovers.
After going so close to promotion last season, Airdrieonians will be vying for the League One title once again and Ian Murray's men get underway at home to Montrose.
Fellow League One outfit Clyde left it late in the season to secure their status and Danny Lennon's side will get things underway at home to Dumbarton.
Brian Reid's Albion Rovers comfortably survived in the bottom tier of the SPFL last term and they will be homing to start their League Two campaign with a trip to Edinburgh City.

For teams in the Lowland League fixtures will be released later this month and West of Scotland League teams will discover their fixture fate on Friday.

Before the league action kicks-off, the Lanarkshire teams will play in the group stages of the Premier Sports Cup, which starts on July 10.
