Motherwell duo called up for Scotland triple-header

Motherwell defensive duo Declan Gallagher and Stephen O'Donnell have been called up for Scotland's crucial triple header in October.

Norwich City's Kenny McLean, from Cambuslang, is also in the squad for the European Championships play-off semi-final clash with Israel, and two Nations League games against Slovakia and Czech Republic.

Scotland tackle Israel at Hampden Park on Thursday, October 8, with the clash in Slovakia on Sunday, October 11, and a home tie against Czech Republic three days later.

The trio were also called up for Stevie Clarke's squad for the Nations League clashes against Israel and Czech Republic earlier this month. Scotland drew 1-1 with Israel and beat Czech Republic 2-1.
