Motherwell manager Michael Wimmer thinks Lennon Miller will depart the club this summer.
Celtic were reportedly 'weighing up' a move for the teenager at the end of the January transfer window.
Miller has been a standout for his club this season. He has captained Motherwell on several occasions and won the Young Player of the Year awards from both PFA Scotland and the Scottish Football Writers' Association.

His team finished their season on Sunday with a 1-1 draw away to Ross County in Dingwall.
Boss Wimmer was quizzed on Miller's future post-match: "I often get asked about Lennon, and I always give the same answer: I think if a club is smart, you try to get Lennon," he said [Glasgow World].
"He is 18 years old and he shows every weekend with his performances what qualities he has. I think he will go, but I won’t be sad if he is still here for pre-season.
"We have to prepare for both situations, and if we prepare for a situation without Lennon and in the end we have him, it will be a good problem to have, we prepare for both. We want quality, and we need quality, so I won’t be unhappy if he is still here."
Miller is contracted at Fir Park until at least the end of next season, although he could yet be on the move this summer: "It becomes easier once you've had it," he recently said on transfer speculation.
"It's easier just to put it to one side once you've had it for two years now. It's easy enough. But it's nice to have these teams linked with you, but I try to put it to one side and try and focus on every day.
"Miller was asked whether he thinks he'll be a Motherwell player come the beginning of next season: "Honestly, I don't know," he replied.
"I don't even ask my agent. I just let him deal with it. We've got three games left of the season. That's my main focus to pick up points for Motherwell and see where that takes us."
