Motherwell boss Graham Alexander is looking forward to seeing fans turning out in big numbers for tonight's Premier Sports Cup clash against Airdrie at New Broomfield.
Alexander admits he's not up to speed quite yet about the ferocity of a Lanarkshire derby, and this one in particular, but says it should be a great occasion.
But he hopes his side don't let emotions get the better of them, as he says they did during Saturday's 3-2 win over Queen of the South at Fir Park.
That was the first time fans had been let inside their ground for 501 days, and Alexander reckons it had an effect.
He said: "We've got the massive game on Wednesday against Airdrie, so we're looking forward to that, and we're going to be taking big numbers down there as well, which would be great.

"Hopefully we don't take them for all the emotions like we did [on Saturday], but we're looking forward to it and we'll keep building the team.
"I'm still learning about the Motherwell scenario and environment - I didn't realise when I first came up here that Airdrie was the big one, because Hamilton is so close, but I'm learning about the club every day."
On fans being allowed back in on Saturday, Alexander said: "It was another learning experience for me, seeing the supporters in.
"I thought it was brilliant, I would have sworn there were at least 10,000 when we came out for the start of the game.
"It was great to see them all, for me it was the first time, and hopefully we'll give them many more results like that, going forward."
