Motherwell Women's head coach Paul Brownlie believes his side are reaping the benefits of sharing a dressing room with ex-Scotland international Leanne Crichton.
Brownlie's side eased to a 2-0 victory over Hearts at Alliance Park on Sunday. The Women of Steel are now unbeaten in three SWPL 1 matches.
Crichton netted a penalty in the weekend's match and scored during Motherwell's recent 3-0 victory over Hamilton.
"She's scored some big goals for us," said Brownlie. "Even with the one she scored against Hearts, she took the knock for the penalty.
"You watch the replay back and you see that she takes a cracker. She was on the deck for a couple of minutes, but she was able to get up and show that level of composure.
"She showed her experience. The Hearts goalkeeper had performed really well but you know the quality Leanne has. It's why I worked so hard to get her in."
Motherwell are sixth in SWPL 1 and face Rangers in their next match.
"I was delighted with the result against Hearts," added Brownlie. "It was another good performance, another good team we have faced, and another three points.
"We've spoke to the players about their level of concentration. There's points where we go high in terms of numbers but we have to be concentrated behind the ball too.
"It's all credit to the players. They are taking in every bit of information we are giving them. They are then transferring that onto the pitch."
