A savvy mother from California has shared 'baby hacks' on Tik Tok including how to get suncream on a toddler.
Lauren Mejia, 26, from San Jose, has shared simple tips on how to make parenting easier to the delight of mothers on social media.
In a video that has been watched over six million times since it was posted earlier this month, Ms Mejia shows how she puts suncream on her one-year-old son, Braxton.
She explained how she uses a makeup brush to work SPF into those hard-to-reach spots.
She wrote in the caption: "A makeup brush is the easiest way to apply sunscreen into all those small areas like their ears/nose."
Other parenting 'hacks' shared on her TikTok include putting baking soda in her son's nappy bin to deodorise the smell.

She also recommends using a handheld fan to cool down her son's food, which is quicker than putting it in a freezer.
In another video, Ms Mejia shows how she uses a hot knife to cut plastic sandwich bags in half – making two smaller bags for snacks.
The brilliant trick will cut down on wastage and makes it easier for the kids to share without anyone getting upset.
Ms Mejia explained: "I learned baby hacks from browsing on Pinterest and through trial and error in being a mum.

“Although I have worked with children for a very long time, I felt that being a mum was an entirely different experience that I had to learn to navigate.
“I thought that if they were helpful to me, it would be great to be able to share with other parents as well!"
She added: “It is always so motivating to continue to make content when I see other mums using my hacks."
