The most popular baby names in Fermanagh and Omagh have been revealed - and it is clear the latest trend is traditional.
When it comes to choosing names for their children, Fermanagh and Omagh parents are largely keeping up with trends seen across Northern Ireland, according to figures.
James and Grace were the most popular boy and girl names registered in the district in the past year, according to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.
Both names were also the most popular names given to newborns in Northern Ireland in 2020/21.
The information, supplied by the General Registry Office, demonstrated a return to more traditional names.
This was particularly the case when it came to naming boys, with James, Jack and Charlie featuring in the top five names both in Fermanagh and Omagh and across Northern Ireland.
Four out of the top five names for both genders locally also feature in the top five in Northern Ireland.

Finn was the only top boys name in Fermanagh and Omagh that was not one of the most popular across Northern Ireland. Fermanagh and Omagh parents also went against countrywide trends with Amelia - which ranked in the top five names for girls on a local level, but not across the country.
Over the past year, the number of births registered in the district was up slightly on the 2019/20 figure, according to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council's Registration Service.
The number of deaths registered in the district was also slightly higher.
Registered marriages saw a significant drop compared to the year before - and there's no doubt in anyone's mind why that is ( Covid ).
