An Edinburgh cyclist has shared an example of what may be some of the city's worst parking, after a car positioned themselves right over a junction in Portobello.
The cyclist took to twitter on Friday afternoon to share images of the blue Vauxhall Corsa parked completely off the corner of the road, with almost half the car hanging out into the road.
Venting his frustration, the user tweeted:
"Best parking I’ve seen for a while. And by ‘best’ I mean ‘most moronic’ obviously."
The vehicle is parked on Portobello high street, however its read end is dangerously blocking the junction into Hope Lane.
Other users quickly shared their hilarity at the images, with one person commenting "It's like when you're in primary school and playing tag but you're ok because you have one toe on 'den'."

During lockdown there have been multiple incidents of interesting parking, with one car hilariously pictured boxed in by roadworks after it had ignored the parking restrictions on the road.
Another vehicle in East Lothian was pictured ignorantly parking in front of access to a local beach, which caused major issues for the coastguard car which urgently needed to pass through.
