Most experts see Bengals falling to 0-7 after visit from Jaguars

Experts once again mostly see the Cincinnati Bengals taking a loss in weekly action, this time at the hands of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Over at NFL Pick Watch, 83 percent of experts see the visitors escaping with a win.

Those Jaguars haven’t been overly impressive but it’s impossible to ignore the problems surrounding the Bengals.

Besides the obvious such as a lack of pass rush, bad tackling and a struggling offensive line, the Bengals will also miss two starting corners and perhaps a host of others, including A.J. Green.

Jacksonville’s resume doesn’t impress, not after only grabbing two wins over struggling Tennessee and Denver teams and trading away arguably the roster’s best player in Jalen Ramsey.

And yet, while the team and player focus remains on wins, it’s easy to see why the conversation has already shifted to the future.

Week 7 is mostly already about potential draft slotting for the Bengals, so it isn’t a big shock experts aren’t lining up to pick the injured roster in an upset.
