A mum was left red-faced after her five-year-old daughter left her a note asking a seemingly very personal question.
The girl, named as Lola, wrote an adorable note asking her mum a question on her cycling abilities.
But, given that's she's not long learned to read and write, the little one got in a muddle when she was writing some letters, mixing up her 'B' for a 'D' - with a very x-rated but hilarious result.
So instead of writing: "how old were you when you could first ride a bike", the girl's note actually said: "How old was you wen you cud rid a dicke. Love Lola."
Sharing the innocent blunder to a popular Facebook parenting group, her mum said: "Not everyday your 5 year old hands you a note like this.", followed by laughing and bike emojis.
The post received thousands of comments, likes and shares from tickled parents who loved the innocent mistake.
One said: "This has absolutely made my day. Kids are hilarious."
Another said: "Aww she meant bike bless her. Year 1 teacher here, we see this all the time."
Another said: "The age where letters a written backwards, creating awkward situations."
"Oh my I’ve just blushed!! I’m hoping it’s bike yeah, has to be bike….. it’s definitely bike!!" joked another.
"No way. I would have blushed," said one.
While others had some cheeky, not so innocent responses of their own.
One said: "Definitely wouldn't want stabilisers on one of those... or maybe you would. Bless her so funny."
"I’d be equally offended if my date wrote me that note," said another.
One mum had a similar tale: "My 9 year old was in the park yesterday feeding the squirrels when he shouted out "come here and eat my nuts," she said.
