Morrisons has launched its latest Christmas sandwich selection - and it includes a pigs in blankets baguette and a full cheeseboard-inspired sandwich.
The supermarkets festive range of sandwiches has hit shelves in all 497 Morrisons stores across the UK, and it features 11 different options that will suit every shoppers palate and lifestyle.
Available to purchase now, the new range includes a variety of new and classic sandwiches, wraps, baps and baguettes, with 5% of sales from selected sandwiches going towards the charity, Young Lives vs Cancer.
This year's selection of sandwiches offer a delicious spin on some of your favourite festive foods, including the Boxing Day Turkey Curry Wrap which boasts hot pulled turkey breast with coronation mayonnaise, pickled onions, spinach, coleslaw mayonnaise, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, seasoned mayonnaise, coriander and crispy fried onions.
If you're a fan of a Christmas cheeseboard, then there is the new Cheeseboard sandwich with creamy Wensleydale crumb, extra mature cheddar, and Blacksticks blue cheese, with a delicious plum and Bramley apple chutney and fresh Apollo lettuce on cranberry poppy seed bread.
The new additions will also feature a plant-based option for vegans with the Merry Vegan Vegetable sandwich with parsnip houmous, pickled red cabbage and a festive chutney.
No Christmas is complete without pigs in blankets, shoppers will want to nab the Morrisons Pigs Under Blankets Sandwich which is filled with sausage halves nestled under smoked bacon.
Add to the mix cranberry chutney and seasoned mayonnaise and you have a unique take on everyone's favourite festive food.
Not forgetting the customer favourites - Brie & Cranberry and Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese are all back on the menu.
Those looking for a meat-free option can also get their hands on the Market Street The Best French Brie & Cranberry Ciabatta, which features a burst of festive flavours served on a crusty ciabatta roll and features a flavourful combination of creamy French brie and tart cranberry sauce
Morrisons Festive Sandwiches are all priced individually between £2.40 and £2.75 and, in even better news, they are all available in the £3 meal deal. Meaning you can compliment your early Christmas lunch with a snack and a juice.
