Morrisons' sell out anti-snoring plant is back in stores

During lockdown thousands of people took to redecorating their homes or doing up their gardens.

Garden centres and homeware stores were high in demand, as people lined up in their hundreds each day.

Over the last few weeks demand has slowed down, but the nation's green-fingered gardeners are still taking advantage of the warm weather to grow flowers and plants.

Gardening fans will be pleased to learn that Morrisons is restocking one of its most popular indoor plants.

From next week the £10 pineapple plant will be back in stores.

As well as looking incredibly attractive, it also has anti-snoring qualities, according to Nasa.

According to the experts, placing one of them beside your bed, helps to improve air quality, produce oxygen and in turn stops noisy sleepers.

It can also help to get rid of the toxins in the air, which in general is good for everyone in the home.

The pineapple bromeliad plant is native to south America, they love bright sunlight and will do best in a south-facing spot in your home.

It will be in stores from Monday, August 24.

However if you want to buy one you'll need to be quick as last time it was on sale it sold out quickly.

The supermarket is also selling a collection of smaller house plants from next week.

They come in smiley-face and dinosaur planters.
