The early May bank holiday is almost here and many of us might be needing to make a trip to the shops to pick up some essentials.
If you're planning to pop into your nearest Morrisons, it's best to check the supermarket's opening times before you head out, as some may be operating reduced hours.
Whilst the UK is still on lockdown, the chain has some great deals on food essentials like meats, bread rolls and marinades for those who are planning to have a barbecue in their garden.
The supermarket has also launched a £35 BBQ essentials box for the bank holiday - so people can enjoy the 75th VE Day Bank Holiday with an impressive spread.

Morrisons Bank Holiday opening hours:
- Friday May 8 - normal opening hours for all UK stores
- Saturday May 9 - normal opening hours for all UK stores
- Sunday May 10 - normal opening hours for all UK stores
On Monday May 8th, all stores in the UK will be open as normal between 7am and 10pm.
However, these times can vary from store to store - so be sure to check details of your local branch using the online store finder tool.
Shoppers should also note that Morrisons have a dedicated hour for NHS staff between 6am and 7am from Monday to Saturday.
